Cette image traduit pour moi la faillite du système bancaire
international. Les monnaies reflètent la puissance économique
des nations dominantes sur le marché mondial. La crise
boursière, puis bancaire de septembre 2008 a révélé
au grand jour l’extrême instabilité des montages
financiers. L’idée du château de cartes me semble
parfaitement traduire la fragilité prévisible du
système et la légèreté incroyablement
ludique des banquiers qui a conduit à cette catastrophe. Une
toute petite plume, légère, menace l’édifice
d’effondrement… Cette toile mériterait de trôner dans les bureaux de tous les
administrateurs de la planète, afin de les rappeler à
plus de sagesse et de raison.

This
picture conveys for me the failure of the international banking
system. Currencies reflect the economic potency of the predominant
nations on the worldwide market. The stock market crisis, and then
the banking crisis of September, 2008 revealed to the world the
extreme instability of financial arrangements. The house of cards
expresses perfectly the foreseeable fragility of the system and the
terrifically play lightness of the bankers which drove to this
disaster. A very small and light feather threatens the building of
collapse… This
representation would be worth occupying a place of honour in the
offices of all worldwide managers, to invite them to more reason and
wisdom.

Esta imagen traduce para mí la quiebra del sistema bancario
internacional. Las monedas reflejan la potencia económica de
las naciones dominantes sobre el mercado mundial . La crisis de
bolsa, y de los bancos de Septiembre 2008 ha revelado con toda
claridad la inestabilidad extrema de los montajes financieros. Opino
que la idea del castillo de naipes traduce perfectamente la
fragilidad previsible del sistema y la soltura increiblemente lúdicra
de los banqueros que ha conducido a esta catástrofe. Una pluma
muy pequeña, ligera ,se convierte en una amenaza para que se
derrumbe el edificio… Este
cuadro merecería un sitio elegido en los despachos de todos
los administradores del planeta, para incitarles a más
sabiduría y razón.
